Two taken to hospital

TWO people were taken to hospital following an accident on the outskirts of Yeovil.
The two-vehicle collision happened at just after 4.30pm on Friday at Houndstone Bridge on the Odcombe Road at Brympton - the road leading from Yeovil to Odcombe.
Two fire engines and a rescue tender were mobilised to this incident.
On arrival crews confirmed there was one person in one vehicle not physically trapped and a second person in the other vehicle with spinal injuries.
Both casualties were taken to hospital, while the fire crews made the vehicles safe.
